Almost thirty million European homes are subscribed to the payment of digital television in the east and the west of Europe, according to the data done public by the operator of Eutelsat satellite. The operator realizes every two years a survey on the reception of the cable and the satellite in the homes of more of some thirty countries of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
According to the data of the survey, realized in more than 35,000 homes between July and September of the last year, the 48 percent of the television sets of the survey countries or is equipped to receive via cable or satellite.
