M6 could leave the TPS shareholders

The private chain French M6 owns 34% of the digital platform by satellite, whereas majority shareholder TF1 is not interested in extending his participation

M6 could have chosen to the Goldman Sachs bank to conduct the operation to find a buyer.

TF1 owns 66% of the rest of platform TPS and apparently it would not be interested in increasing his participation.

On the other hand the group France Télécom, shareholder from the TPS birth, has shown its total disinterestedness in acquiring part of the capital that leaves the M6 chain in the platform.

With these speculations it returns to resurge in France the necessity of fusion of the two digital platforms by satellite: CanalSat and TPS, although this last one always has rejected such probability.
