Playboy TV International and Private Average Group fuses their channels
Both companies announce an agreement that will extend during five years to fuse two of its pay channels for adults, Private Gold and Spice Platinum in a new channel under the name of Private Spice

Under the terms in the agreement, Playboy TV International will operate, distribute and commercialize the new channel and Private will provide contents, marks and support of marketing. Due to the little overlapping between both channels, the new channel will show a remarkable increase of distribution in all the region.

The new channel will offer for the first time unique proprietor content of high quality, with great flexibility from language and adaptation to the local market. The platforms will be able to now offer to their spectators a unique channel developed and operated by the marks of television for more important adults of the world, assuring the reliability and the professional continuity.
