The channel is financed completely by the State of France, (with a budget of 80 million Euros) and is jointly operated by the commercial chain leader of hearings TF1 (50%) and by the public corporation France Télevisions (50%).
France 24 also comprises of the supply of channels of the Spanish platform Digital+.
