Channel of History, as it is known in Spain where it is distributed via satellite through Digital+ and by several operators of pay television, is produced jointly by Television Networks (AETN) and British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB).
Until now, the documentary signal of this more and more prestigious chain of historical, was not distributed in Central Europe. In the case of Poland, the signal of History Chanel is emitted in format SD through Toya and UPC Polska, whereas Aster both offers it to City in formats, as much in standard as in HD.
In Hungary, UPC Hungary distributes the signal in standard and T-Kabel in SD and HD, with the particularitity of which this last one, the one of high resolution, has a programming one hundred percent in HDTV differentiated from the standard.
After Poland and Hungary, The History Chanel also will arrive at the Czech Republic, Rumania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
