France prohibits programs of TV for the minors of 3 years
The French chains will not be able specifically to publish, to spread or to promote programs of television destined to smaller children of three years, by virtue of a decision of the Council Superior of the Audio-visual French

This way, the distributers in France of foreign contents of television and that were created specifically for minors of 3 years will have to communicate to their subscribers of legible and accessible form in the screen the following message: “To watch he can restrain the development of smaller children of 3 years, even though is chains that go specifically to them”.

In audio-visual mass media - including also Internet, the distributers of programs for smaller children of 3 years will have to communicate that to see that age tele he can cause “upheavals of the development” such as passivity, delay in the speech, agitation, problems of dream and concentration or dependancy of the screens.

In addition, the CSA remembers that the Ministry of Health has been pronounced against the diffusion of specific television networks for minors of 3 years and has advised against that these watch, independent of the type of programs.
