The South American country of Paraguay will be integrated to Telesur
Telesur is a television network with public financing that it transmits from Caracas, Venezuela, for Latin America and Europe via satellite in Castilian during the 24 hours of the day

President Fernando Lugo and his Venezuelan colleague Hugo Chavez have signed in the city of San Pedro of the Ycuamandiyú a document to integrate to Paraguay to the international chain of communications Television transmitter of the South (Telesur).

Telesur initiated its activities in July of the 2005, transmits to several cities of Venezuela, by open signal and is received in Europe through Internet, satellite and according to his creators it is a proposal to Latin American integration and looks for to become an alternative to means of the American news, like Cnn, Univisión, and Briton BBC.

The agreement for incorporation from Paraguay to Telesur was signed by the minister of Public Works and Comunicaciones, Efraín Alegre, and the holder of Communication of Venezuela, Andres Izarra, that also exerts the presidency of Telesur.

Telesur can attract in Europe in open through the most commercial satellites.
