Multi-channel it renews his image and it happens to denominate Multi-channel Chello

From this 21 of December, Multi-channel Multi-channel Chello will happen to denominate itself and will assume the mark of the Chellomedia group, to which it belongs from 2005.

Multi-channel it adapts his mark to reinforce the entailment with Chellomedia, that from the past month of October has reorganized all units of business with the purpose of to reinforce the reference position that maintains in the distribution and production of audio-visual contents and television channels.

Chellomedia is present in the main countries of Europe and Latin America; in the United States; China and Japan, among others zones and count on delegations in London, Amsterdam, Budapest and Madrid.

With this operation, all the international companies of the group are integrated under a same umbrella. “The great growth of the company in these two last years has generated the necessity to unify and to rationalize the different existing marks of business”, affirms the president of Chellomedia, Shane O'Neill.

According to O'Neill, one is to create “a common identity” that it allows to optimize each one of the supplies and “to grow in new territories”.

Multi-channel Chello is the separate company leader in the production and distribution of thematic channels in Spain and Portugal. At present it counts on nine thematic channels leaders of hearing in his thematic segments: Hollywood channel, Channel of History, Channel Cook, Odyssey, Sun Music, The Biography Chanel, The Extreme Sports Chanel, Channel Panda and Decasa.

The channels of Multi-channel Chello offer contents of television for all the public, sports, cinema, entertainment, documentary, concerts, gastronomy and infantile programs and are distributed in Spain through Digital+, Ono, R, Telecable, Imagenio, Jazztelia TV, Vodafone Live and Movistar.

Eduardo Zulueta, Chief of a main directorate of Multi-channel, considers that this operation “reinforces the position of Multi-channel in Spain” and affirms that the integration of the units of business in a unique mark will be beneficial for the company and will make possible “to approach new projects in Spain and Portugal, with the aim of maintaining the growth of the last exercises”.
