The manager of Hurry, Juan Luis Cebrián, he confirmed the negotiations existence with a consortium formed by Vivendi and Phone companhy for the sale of the television of Digital payment +, for that they have got also other offers.
"Like result of the process of sale opened by us, we have advanced in conversations with a consortium led by Vivendi-Canal + (France) in the one that would be Telephone like associate, before opening negotiations formal for the sale of our television of payment, and have received offers of other operators", affirmed Cebrián in his speech in the shareholders' meeting of the group.
Anyhow, the Hurry manager warned that the group "will not sell not this one not no other of the assets in which he foresees desinvertir at prices that harm the value of the company". To his understanding, the current financial situation of the group allows to look for "other solutions" that guarantee the stability and permanence of his economy.
This way, he made sure that this company is provided with the support of the "principal" banks financial backers, as well as of "potential" investors, with some of which it has supported negotiations that to today are in "the very advanced state".
Digitalis + - platform that was provoking "avidity" on the market, according to Cebrián - will close this exercise with an invoicing of more than 1.500 million euros and the forecasts with regard to the margins of gross profit of development (Ebitda) overcome 350 million euros.
