For his part, an American official of the Department of the State, it pointed out, under anonymity condition, that respresentantes of Washington and Baghdad in Cairo 'they alerted the Egyptian authorities of the State Departments and of the Interior on the chain of television To The Zawraa in December, 2006'. Also, the president of the Meeting of Administration of Nilesat, Amin Basyouni, told that Al-Zawraa has a contract with the satellite to express that cannot be broken without the authorization of the Egyptian Executive.
