According to the director of television programs of payment of Sogecable, Alex Martínez Roig, this reorganization, which will begin next February 1, is a product of requests of the subscribers to the Digital platform + that were asking for a more thematic and simpler classification.

These new movies channels are a Channel + Action, Channel + Comedy and Channel + DCine and they will substitute, so much to those who name Movies a Channel + in his three versions, as to the different Cinemanía.

Alex Martínez Roig clarified that less movies will not be expressed, but those who were seeking employment in the channels that they eliminate will happen now to these three, but in more thematic form and for genres.

In case of the sports, Channel Soccer, Channel Sports and Channel + Events will replace three Channels + Sports, the first one of which it will only express soccer; the second one, the rest of sports specialties, and the third one, special events, like tournaments of tennis or bullfighting fairs, between others.

Also, Digitalis + extends his offer, also from next February 1, with new channels of time Warner, so that the channel TCM is extended by a Classic TCM, in the first one of which more recent movies will be offered, from 1970 from now on, while the second one will offer movies previous to the seventies.

In the next months, a new channel will join to the offer of this platform, TNT centred on the movies and the entertainment, also of the factory Steals Warner.
