As informs the proper French agency AFP, Eutelsat is investigating the origin of these technical difficulties, that it come neither from the proper operator of nor satellites either of GlobeCast, the provider of access satelitario that there administers the concrete múltiplex affected from the evening of Tuesday, the 24th of January.

According to these informations, the operator Eutelsat has not wanted to declare himself on the origin, accidental or intentional, of the interference of the frequency.

Apparently there are several chains of television and radio in Europe, the Middle East and North-East of Africa those who turn out to be affected by this incident. "We all state interferences that affect a transpondedor from this Tuesday evening", according to the same agency AFP, which a spokesman of Eutelsat has made known of this problemaa.

Globecast, branch of France Télécom, also has wanted to declare himself on this matter.

To try to solve the problem, Eutelsat has transferred the sign satelitaria of the societies who were using the múltiplex affected on other carrying frequencies to allow them to resume his transmissions of regular form.
