The Spanish legislation does not prohibit the emission without codifying of these television channels with contents for adults any time they are offered from midnight

The satellite Hispasat (30th West), in contrast to the rest of satellites with European coverage, expresses in schedules at dawn several channels with programming openly considered X and directed therefore only to the adult public.

One of these channels is a Triple X in the frequency 11.616-H MHz (MR. 27500, FEC 3/4), with a programming that begins at 00,30 hours, from Monday until Sunday. In him there are included advertizing claims and the emission of paper clips with explicit sex.

Other seemed channels are a TeleLínea, Channel 35, or Local TV. The last one offers movies of the chain Spice Platinum, thanks to an agreement between both parts.

Nevertheless and in spite of expressing openly, the contents of the programming of these channels are of scarce and doubtful technical quality.
