Galdón affirmed that when the TDT contests were summoned, he asked if the payment would be allowed by vision and the authorities answered that the services would be only openly therefore this operator did not come to the contest.

He said that in case the payment should allow by vision across this technology, ONO would take new competitors as what would demand that the contests will be summoned again to be able to take part in them or would come to the pertinent courts,

Eugenio Galdón repeated the problem that has the television of payment of access to the contents, due to a model of exclusivity that is only in Spain and that has provoked that the development of the television of payment is very lower than the rest of Europe.

In this sense he said that while in Spain the penetration is 27 %, in France it is 50 and in Germany it comes to 90 % of the hearths.

For Galdón the competition cannot be done on the Spanish contents model premium exclusive, but there must be a model of shared contents in which the difference between the companies there are the way of offering the bundles of services and the prices.

As regards that he called "the second war of the soccer", he said that in her only "we see an attempt of replacing the protagonist", but not a change of model, and that it can end with a major price for the users.

He affirmed that this model of monopoly that survives for eight years, has limited the development of the sector.

He added that it is lacking in development of the market of contents of payment it affects to the deployment of the network of wide band and he warned that the users will not want the network of new generation if there is no possibility of new contents.
