RTVE will protect his thematic channels across the satellite Hispasat in Europe and Latin America with the system of conditional access KeyFly to avoid the piracy of his contents

This technology designed by the Spanish company SIDSA, will allow the management of the access of numerous operators of cable and satellite of the American continent that redistribute the channels of the public chain.

The platform RTVE America, in march from 1994, at present transmits across the satellite Hispasat 1C a whole of nine services of television and fourteen of radio. In case of the channels International channel TVE America 1, International channel TVE America 2, Channel 24 Hours and Docu channel TVE the emission is codified.

Also, the corporation already uses this system in his European platform, which it expresses for several thematic channels across the satellite Hispasat. This conditional access is similar to the used one recently for To Jazeera Sport to protect his transmissions in high definition of the Euroglass for Middle East and the North of Africa.

The new technology of encriptación, so called KelyFly CDN, it allows to control what device receives the signs, what facilitates the redistribution of the contents across the different networks of digital television (national, regional or local) route cable, satellite or terrestrial.
