The complaints of France Telecom, ultimate parent of Orange, against Channel + they are not new. It accuses to the codified chain because it abuses in the exclusive agreements that it has contraísos with several television channels. It is a question according to the denunciation, in the economic agreements that it supports the satellite platform CanalSat more than 60 channels, including the most popular like Eurosport and LCI (TF1), Channel J (Lagardère), Disney or Fox, between others.
France Telecom also accuses to the chain codified for criticizing the different existing television offers in France and that in fact compitenm with CanalSat.
From the acquisition of the satellite platform TPS in the year 2006 on the part of Channel + France, the last one has achieved the monopoly of the television of payment in France on having shown the rights of transmission of the best movies and of the soccer, according to France Telecom.
CanalSat, earlier Channel Satellite Numerique, commercializes his wide offer of television of satellite payment for more than 15 years across the orbital position of 19,2nd East of the satellites of SES Astra.
