Between other aspects, the Congress of the Deputies is opposed that the prostitution is a legal work and urges to the Spanish mass media them to suppress the announcements of sexual contacts.

The Congress has not approved the conclusions yet on the regulation of the prostitution, on which all the political groups must agree, although the socialistic party, which sustains the Government has made this week public his proposal of conclusions in which it puts up to the regulation of the voluntary prostitution and asks to the printed matter and mass media in general to be finished with the contacts announcements.

It is more than sure that there prospers this regulation, which it will affect to a good number of channels of television, so much places as of national ambience, which programming includes announcements of sexual claims. This is the case of several channels that express openly across the satellite Hispasat (30th West), like for example Triple X, TeleLínea, The Local TV or Iberian TV between others. To these it is necessary to add the chains of recent throwing as Sensual TV or Free Erotic Channel.

In most cases, these advertizing claims of sexual contacts take place in the night programming. The request of the Spanish Government urging to this claims suppression will provoke with complete certainty the disappearance of a good number of television networks which economic viability is precisely this type of publicity.
