Seven of the detentions have taken place in Valladolid, and the eighth one in Pontevedra. The crimes that are imputed to them can bear sorrow of up to two years of prison.

On the one hand, the Police have dismantled a network of seven persons, in particular six businessmen of the sector innkeeper and a fitter, who was providing the sign of the platform of Sogecable to 159 rooms of six hotels placed in Tordesillas, in the province of Valladolid.

On the other hand, it has proceeded to the detention of the owner of a hotel of the city of Pontevedra, which was distributing illegally the sign of the platform to his 100 rooms.

These operations in which there have informed agents of the Group of Crimes Contra the Intellectual and Industrial Property of the General Police station of Judicial Police officer and police officers of the Group of Economic Crime of the Top Headquarters of Police officer of Valladolid, it comes to join other rides to end for the National Police at the end of last December in hotel establishments of Soria, Tuy and Bayonne (Pontevedra), Astorga (León) and Coanimals (Zamora).

The teledistribución of the sign was carried out of illegal form, since the contracts established between the parts, both with individuals and with companies, were not authorizing to realize this type of distribution.
