Thus in the date foreseen by the Department of Industry, Tourism and Commerce for the cessation of the analogical emission, there is fulfilled one of the points established in the Specific Plan of Performance for Soria (PAES), which was marking the commitment, on the part of the Government at that there presides José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, to whom Soria was pioneering in the implantation of the digital television.
