This increase in capital was destined for the acquisition for
Sogecable of the participation of
TW Spanish TV
Investments LLC (Warner) and
Dalbergia in Digital Satellite channel by means of the swap of actions of
Sogecable for the shares of
Warner (10 %) and
Dalbergia (4,5 %) in Digital Satellite channel.
The increase in capital has been signed entirely by
Warner and
Dalbergia, being therefore an owner Sogecable of 100 % of Digital Satellite channel.
