This television, which exists already in countries as the USA and Portugal, will offer grandmas, histories which protagonists will be dolls of plush, animated ABC, songs, didactic games and even gymnastics lessons.
According to 'The Repubblica', which does not add the name of the new channel, the promoters of the project consider that, since many children happen in any case many hours in front of the TV set, "more it costs that they see the suitable things".
The initiative has been received with reserve on the majority of the infantile experts, between them the infantile psychiatrist Ernesto Caffo, who thinks that "these products are a pure entertainment, there is nothing educational at this age that happens for the television".
In a few declarations to 'The Repubblica', Caffo admits that the programs of the television for babies "are very repetitive and soothing, studied to make to be calm to the child".
"But everything takes place without a personal relation. And it is in the look, in the smile of the parents, on having listened to the voice tone, when the mind of the child forms", he adds.
In the United States the channel was started this month for babies 'BabyFirst TV', with programming for children of between six months and three years of age, while in Portugal a similar television was already expressing last year for babies from zero to three years.
