This is the target fixed by the persons in charge of the most popular musical broadcasting station of the world. The president of Viacom, proprietress of MTV, Sumner Redstone, has shown that the MTV incursion on these emergent markets will provide an even major extension in the growth of the chain.
The proper Redstone has been in charge of announcing the starting of MTV Turkey with a daily programming of 24 hours in Turkish language.
On the other hand, Redstone has said that seven more channels of MTV are projected during the next 12 months in the countries considered emergent markets.
One more channel of Viacom, Nickelodeon, assined to the infantile public, might have also his version in China in not very distant future.
