Thus there is supported the requisite of which the announcements do not exceed 20 % of every hour of emission, that is to say, 12 minutes.
In case of cinematographic movies, telefilmes, series, documentaries, infantile and informative programs, there will be a minimal time without announcements of 30 minutes, according to a bulletin of the PE.
Also, in the infantile programs there will not be advertizing interruptions if these do not have a duration superior to 30 minutes.
Also there is foreseen the creation of a code of conduct there prevents the emission of announcements of "eaten garbage" directed the children, adds the note.
The commitment also opens the door for the publicity inside the programs - activity known by his definition in English, "product placement" - in some types of emission, but it will be prohibited in informative, infantile or documentary spaces.
In the cases in which this practice should be used, it will have to warn the spectator at first and end of the program with a sign, which also will have to be used in the advertizing cuts.
This commitment will have to be approved by the Cabinet in his meeting of next 24th, in whose case the Commission of Culture of the PE will recommend to the plenary meeting to approve it without amendments, he adds the bulletin.
