The group deprived of television French announces an increase of 18,8 % of his benefits in the first three months of the year, up to 88,5 million euros

In the presentation of this information it has been informed about the relief of his veteran general manager, Patrick Le Lay for Nonce Paolini. On the verge of fulfilling 65 years, Lay leaves his vacancy that it has filled from the privatization of the chain 20 years ago, in which it has placed to him in the first hearing position in France.

Lay will keep on occupying the presidency of TF1, but it will be an honorific position, since the principal executive attributions will be assumed by Paolini, of 58 years, which comes from the group Bouygues, owner of the chain.

His right arm will be 36-year-old Laurent Solly, that in the last months there was employed at the team of electoral campaign of now president of France, Nicolas Sarkozy.

The relief in the head of TF1 was thrown a few months ago by the businessman Martin Bouygues, personal friend of Sarkozy.

In parallel, the chain presented his quarterly results in which he emphasizes the increase of 18,8 % of the benefits.

This fact answers "to the combined effect of the increase of the business volume of the publicity and of the descent of 2,5 % of the expense of the broiler" television, that remained in 227,3 millions.

The invoicing grew 7,3 % in the period, up to reaching 702,3 million euros, with progress in the advertizing income of 6,1 % up to 457 millions.

The group supports his forecasts for the set of the year, which happen for a growth of 3 % of the expense of the television broiler without being provided with the exceptional investment that will suppose the buy of the rights of transmission of sports events as the World cups of soccer and rugby.
