The Department of Industry announces a draft of law that will not limit the services of TV across the mobile and the TDT and the radio for satellite, who will need only an administrative authorization

The Department, which was thinking to include these services in the Law of Measurements of Impulse for the Information society, has announced that it will regulate it in a different law and that, of the above mentioned law draft is approved, the services of radio and TV for mobile devices will lend in diet of free competition.

This will allow not to be subject to any number limitation, therefore it will be only necessary to fulfill certain requisites, like that the persons in charge of the services have the nationality of the state of the EU or of a country that recognizes this right after the Spanish citizens, to have direct debiting in Spain, so much proper as by means of a representative and not to have suffered any sanction in the last three years for any infraction that there bears prepared the cancelanción of the administrative authorization.

These permissions, which will be granted by an indefinite term, will be transmissible in the conditions that the regulation establishes and they will be able to be cancelled by qualified absences as very serious.

The Department has clarified that the regulation for the transport of the sign will continue depending on the General Law of Telecommunications, which establishes the authorization of the frequencies by means of contest.
