A judge of Hamburg has failed as regards the demand interposed in due time by the television of payment
Premiere against Zehnder GmbH, an importer German company of technological material of products proceeding from the extreme East.
The judgment of the court of Hamburg prohibits
Zehnder to matter, to distribute, to sell, and/or to promote with commercial ends the sale of satellite digital recipients whose
firmware (operating system) is provided with an emulation that allows (be across a card

The judgment limits itself to prohibiting the sale of these recipients and in case of ignoring and continuing with the practice now denounced,

Nagravisión to eradicate this illicit practice.
