The executive commission of the group Prisa agreed to reorganize his audio-visual business, in line of the announced in the explanatory leaflet of his Opa on Sogecable, including in the above mentioned process "a possible entire or partial disposition of the business of television of payment".
The executive commission has adopted this decision after analyzing the situation resultant from the conclusion of the Opa on his audio-visual branch, of which it controls almost 98 %, and has agreed to entrust also the update of the strategic plan of the society and of his corporative group.
Also, he has agreed to initiate the process of financial restructuring of the group Prisa, whose indebtedness is about 5.000 million euros, and it will carry out according to the conditions of the market, evaluating the opportunity to realize divestments and operations of reception of resources on the markets.
As regards these agreements, the executive commission of the group has entrusted the manager of the society, Juan Luis Cebrián, the putting in mark of the "opportune" processes and the preparation of the proposals that will have to be submitted to the corresponding administration organs.
Hurry raised his participation in Sogecable to 97,71 % after the OPA on the audio-visual company, to which Phone companhy came with his participation of 16,79 %.
Last Tuesday Hurry signed an agreement on the sale of three buildings of his property at the price of 315 million euros to Longshore, society controlled to 100 % by Real Dragon tree you Be Partners, he informed the group of communication.
The operation realized with the intermediation of Richard Ellis, includes the sale of the head office of Hurry in Madrid placed in Big Route, the building of The Country in the street Miguel Yuste of the capital, and the occupied one by Radio Barcelona in the street Caspe, of the above mentioned city.
