The proprietress of this technical linkage of the
TDT across the satellite Hispasat 1C-1D (30th West) is
Retevisión (Abertis Telecom). Several frequencies of the above mentioned orbital position are made use to distribute the sign of the national chains of television of the
TDT. It is a question of signs that at present they express openly but that can only be received by certain recipients to which the
firmware has been modified to them.
These television channels are expressing a few contents (movies, sports, programs...) with rights acquired by what they cannot be seen out of the Spanish national territory. In other words, the access for the big public is illicit.
To safeguard these rights and simultaneously to brake his not legal vision that affects this distribution,
Retevisión has begun already eliminating the channels in
custión to move the operation to other
transpondedores of the same satellite but using the standard DVB-S2.
In particular, the frequencies affected by the operation of now have stopped without service to the channels that it were expressing in frequency 12.639-V and 12.621-V that were transporting the signs of
Telecinco, Telecinco2,
Flymusic,
FDF,
CincoShop, Antenna 3, Antenna Nongoes, Antenna
Neox and Hearth 10 as well as the corresponding radioes.
It is from now on and in the later days that all the recipients that could get these signs of the
TDT for
Hispasat will stop doing it by what the sale of the above mentioned devices will be braked also suddenly.
The viewers who gain access to the programming of the channels of the
TDT across terrestrial route will not notice any change and will keep on seeing them openly.
