Thus all the subscribers will have to both platforms access to these channels considered the best without they having to pay more for his current subscription.

Also the versions in high definition (HDTV) of TF1 and M6 will be available immediately for the subscribers of HD faith CanalSat.

We remember that the project of merger of TPS (branch of the groups of television TF1 and of M6) and of CanalSat (Channel branch Bonus) France foresees the creation of a new set baptized temporarily like Channel +.

In accordance with the presented scheme, it will be controlled in 65 % by Channel +, in 20 % by Lagardere, in 9,9 % for TF1 and in 5,1 % for M6.

As regards the satellite that will choose the new platform resultant from the merger, for the time being two orbital positions (Astra and Eutelsat Hot Bird) will be supported without changes and in the case that further on some decision is adopted, this one will not disturb the subscribers, according to the Channel presiente + France. In this sense a very similar case takes place when in Spain the absorption of Digital Route was carried out on the part of Digital Satellite channel. When this happened it was decided to support two satellites, Astra and Hispasat.
