The World Conference of Radio communications 2007, realized in Geneva, approved the extension for two more years, for the putting in orbit of the satellite Simón Bolívar (Venesat-1).
The Commission 5, in charge to treat the topics of spatial services, examined all the aspects of the request and informed that one gained access to the Creole request.
The satellite Simón Bolívar (Venesat–1) is being made in China and it will be thrown to the space from Asian territory offering coverage for Central America, the Caribbean Sea and South America
