This Saturday, November 17, Méteo, the channel specializing in meteorology, is 10 years of emission. Produced by Active Multimedia, it is a question of the only channel in Spain dedicated exclusive to the meteorological information and the environment.

It began his emission being part of the basic offer of Digital Satellite channel, now Digital +. A decade after his birth, Méteo is the essential specializing channel for the lovers of the meteorological phenomena and the environment. It offers a constant analysis of the meteorological situation 24 hours of the day and has turned into a modality in the information on of the climate change and his social, economic consequences and mediombientales.

The information of the channel is completed by an advanced interactive service to gain access, in any moment, to information à la carte on any point of the geography. The quality of his programming, the technology applied to the prediction and his graphic systems of last generation have been recognized by several international awards.

Of the team of men and women of the time who during these years have been part of Méteo many of the current presenters have gone out of the principal national chains, like Lluís Obiols of Telecinco, Joan Escoda of Antenna 3, Albert Barniol of channel TVE, Míriam Santamaría of The Sixth or Mónica López of TV3, between others.

To commemorate the tenth anniversary of the channel, there will be realized several programs and special activities that will have continuity along the whole period.
