The Competition records do not paralyze the commercialization of the "Trio +", although if the organism thinks that there are problems of competition, it will be able to interrupt it.

In particular, the price of the "Trio +" will be the sum of the prices separately of the services, that is to say, 47,44 euros that the Phone companhy "Duo" costs more 26,95 Digitalis euros + (VAT included).

Phone companhy and Sogecable signed an agreement in June to offer services of telecommunications and of digital television satelital, as well as to collaborate in the buy of contents of television of payment on the Spanish market.

The agreement was contemplating that Phone companhy and Sogecable would commercialize jointly the "Trio +" and was including the buy, on the part of Sogecable, contents of the platform of TV-IP Imagenio of the multinational at that César Alierta presides.
