Industry has imposed to the televisions sanctions at the price of eight million euros between 2006 and 2007 for breaking the Law of Television without Borders (the majority for publicity topics), a quantity of that 785.620 euros correspond to programs that have expressed contents harmful to the infancy.
As he has informed the Department of Industry, 50 records opened for the chains between 2006 and 2007 they refer to the counterprogramming, the identification of the publicity, the excess of interruptions, the nonperformance of the investment of 5 % in the production of movies and harmful spaces for the infancy.
In the present year, the Department of Industry there are incoado 18 records with 261 infractions - although there are still some of them without closing - for value superior to 4,3 million euros, and of this whole 312.000 referred to the protection of the minors.
In 2006, 32 open records - with 138 infractions - endured 3,6 million euros by way of sanctions, and almost half a million euros was imposed for damaging the protection of the infancy.
