It impels TDT it is the association constituted by the broadcasters of national and autonomic ambience and the principal operator of the network of national diffusion, which purpose is to promote the terrestrial digital television and the transition process towards the TDT in Spain, in direct collaboration with the public administrations.

Wild Gutiérrez has indicated that a lot of work still stays for doing up to the date indicated for the "analogical blackout" (April, 2010), and between the principal hanging tasks he has emphasized those of adapting the collective antennas and increasing the coverage and the park of recipients of TDT, coded at present in 13 millions, up to coming to 30 millions.

As regards the possible implantation of the platforms of payment across the TDT, the called payment for vision (PPV), the director of programs and emission of The Sixth, Luis Fernanbuco, has mentioned that the current crisis situation is not foreign to the televisions, and that it is believed that the income for publicity decreases 12 % with regard to the numbers of last year, what will suppose a reduction for 400 million euros.

Before this conjuncture, some operators, like The Sixth one, propose a mixed model of financing based on the income for publicity and in the payment for vision of certain contents 'premium' (Formula 1 and soccer, for example).

The payment for these contents 'premium' will happen for having in the hearths of a decoder that allows to read cards of prepayment, similar to those of the mobile phones, and that, as contents are completed, load new others in the above mentioned card.
