The survey of CIS refers to the interest of the Spanish in the new technologies, the time that they dedicate to watching TV and what it contributes, the quality of the programming and his opinion about the TDT.

The result reveals that the majority - more of 60 %-is considered to be small or nothing informed about innovation technological, opposite to less than 37 % that is considered to be great or quite informed.

Nevertheless, to 52,3 % 53,6 are interested in very much or enough the development of the computers and the communication development across Internet, opposite to 43,3 % that is more interested in the possibilities of the TDT or for cable.

What the interrogated persons value more of the television it is the entertainment and the diversion - 40,6 %-, opposite to that they are interested in especially the information, which they add 35,6 per cent, although the majority - 63,8 - is believed by them that the programming in general is small or not varied at all and 73,5 % that it has small or no quality.

88,4 it has knowledge of the TDT and 58,2 he affirms to have tuner or adapted TV set and, of these, 31,2 % says always to see the TDT opposite to those who see more the analogical one or only analogical, that 29 % adds.

48,2 of the interrogated persons it knows that the analogical blackout will take place in the year 2010 and 57,9 values these technological changes positively, but 72,9 % does not know the campaign that the Department of Industry tackled to announce the TDT.

As regards the frequency that they dedicate to watching TV, 84,5 he recognizes that all or almost every day and the majority - 62,4 - between 1 and 3 hours, time that he considers 75,6 "sufficiently".
