Eurosport acquires the rights of the Bundesliga for 22 European countries

The group Eurosport signs an agreement with the DFL Sports Enterprises GmbH for the transmission of the German league of soccer from 2009 until 2012 in several countries of the north and this one of Europe

These countries where Eurosport will be able to offer the parties of the Bundesliga are Denmark, Finland, Noruegia, Sweden, Islanda, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

In particular, the group Eurosport has acquired exclusive for these countries the transmission rights for the periods 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12. The agreement also includes the live transmis�n and exclusive of 2. Bundesliga, the championship of the second German division of soccer.

For the next three periods, the Group Eurosport will exploit the rights acquired across a new "multiplace" of Eurosport 2, in 22 countries mentioned previously, in that four parties will be offered in dierecto for week and a program they sum up.
