MTV Networks International (MTVNI), a company of Viacom Inc, has announced his plans to throw the first service paneuropeo of Alta Definición in 2008. This throwing is part of the continued commitment of the company with the innovation, as well as his effort to provide to his hearing with better musical experiences and of infantile entertainment in all the platforms. Also, Viacom increases this way the wide catalog of contents of his marks, which MTV includes, VH1 and Nickelodeon.

The channel of Alta Definición will be produced by the Group of Emergent Markets of MTV Networks International, which will produce and express the channel 24 hours a day from the MTVNI head office in Warsaw. There Europaean will join other services panregionales in Europe of MTVNI, MTV, VH1 Europaean and VH1 Classic European. Four channels in Pole operate also from Warsaw, including MTV Polska, VH1, LIVE and Comedy Central.

The Group of Emergent Markets of MTV Networks International represents to the region of major growth in the business catalog multiplatform of the company. This group operates on 18 television channels, on 15 websites and three channels of mobile television that include the MTV marks, VH1, Nickelodeon, LIVE and Comedy Central in Russia, Central Europe and of the East, Central Asia and Middle East. MTV Networks threw in January, 2006 in the United States MHD, which includes musical performances in high definition, musical videos, interviews, events, festivals, concerts and more suppressed musical. This channel expresses different musical genres, as hip hop, rock, country music, pop, reggaeton or soul, as well as procurement of television of Alta Definición and original content of MTV, VH1 and CMT.
